I bought a watch, took months, I mean months to get it fixed. 3 TIMES! It's a swiss watch. never had issues.
Now I have been waiting for I don't know how many more months for links they misplaced.... yup.. I think it's gonna be another 1/2 year or more....

finally got a refund for the watch. what a place. approx 10 out of 12 months never had my watch.

Bought a Hugo Boss that mysterious broke after 4 months. It was 200 bucks. They expect me to wait 2 months for the warranty fix without a replacement watch. Can you say customer service?

Do people wear watches anymore? I need a watch, however, I was turned off by the selection in the store but mostly the customer service. I miss my calculator watch. Their warranties are terrible and for what the store tries to come off as high end, inside layout will tell you otherwise.
