Never shop here! Terrible policy and bad service!
Lied to my husband and said I could return the purse with no problems if I did not like it as a present. I went the NEXT day and the owner refused to discuss my concern and seemed offended that I they did not have a purse to suit my needs. Refused to do a return so now I am stuck with a large store credit for a store I NEVER want to return to. Save yourself the money and hassle and Do Not shop here.
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service
One star is probably too generous of a review for Walsh Luggage Ltd. Granted, they have quality luggage, their attention to their customer is quite possibly the worse that I have ever encountered.
Prepared to pay 239.50$ for a bag, I was disappointed when the store owner did nothing whatsoever to encourage a sale of her bag. As a young female I am well aware that I am not a 'hard-bargainer'. After asking whether the store offers a student discount on their breaifcases, the owner of the store insulted me. My 65-year-old father took his phone out to take a photo of the bag (which was cheaper online) and she came over and all-too-aggressively and took the bag away from me (I wasn't even holding the camera). When my collected father explained that it was her comment that lost her the sale her response was: wonderful.
Why spend your money where your service is not valued? There are plenty of retailers that sell the same products. We found the same products online cheaper; but, instead chose another retailer that valued our business and went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied. The bag was cheaper too.
Worst Service EVER
I bought an 85 dollar Baggalini purse and she basically called me a liar when I brought it back to her to show her. She told me that I MYSELF damanged it and to please leave as it was not her fault. Turned her back to me and told me to leave. Unreal. I was not looking for a refund but ratehr the quality product I bought and paid for. I had to go to the manufacturer which sent me an exact purse in great condition. This woman is rude and inconsiderate. If you are a cruise ship visitor....beware she won't take anything back and you will be stuck on the boat with a possible dud.
