Picked out and paid for the glasses on September 24, 2014. It is now October 17, and I still have not received them. I have phoned multiple times to only be told that they are waiting to get the lens' from their lab. Very frustrating being a university student who is in desperate need of new glasses and having to suffer through my mid-term exams without them. The staff were friendly and helpful... more
