Worst service I've ever seen!!

We went here for dinner tonight. 1 hr and 45 minutes and the food still had not arrived. Further still the waitress never did visit our table to even refresh our beverages. We finally got up and left but the owner insisted we pay for the meal we still had not received. He made threats against us when I insisted I would pay for what we had consumed (the beverages) and nothing more. I was there with my wife and two young kids. We will NEVER EVER go back to Viva Mexico again!!
