Probably the coolest facility in Vancouver, and I always have a great massage here.
However, I do agree that their prices are too high. They charge a lot more for RMTs, and my insurance said they charge too much more than the average, and would not cover the whole amount. I realize its a nice spa, but not THAT nice, so I will subtract a star.
I will go back, though. When I have money.

I booked a facial at vida and the results were less than amazing. As others have said, the locker rooms are joined with the gym and quite unpleasant. As for the actual facial, it was supposed to be an hour long, in reality it lasted about 45 minutes. There was nothing spectacular done to my face at all.
