Nasty woman

I called this morning looking for a new groomer as mine is on maternity leave. Thje woman (not very nice) said next Tuesday was available. I mentioned that my 4 year old dog was nervous about grooming and would pull away a little and shake. She made some rude comments about his age and still being like that, then said (very nasty) were full and hung up the phone. I don't think anybody would... more
