Worst Servicing Facility
I went in for eyebrows and asked Vicky how long it would be - she told me 15 minutes (she was doing someone's nails), so of course I waited. 45 minutes later she is still working on the same woman and I was almost in tears and I asked her again, how long she was going to be. She said that if I was in a rush that I should come back another time! If she had told me initially that she was going to be 45 minutes - I would not have waited. Their staff never seem happy to see a customer, and they treat their customers like they are animals. I would never go back here. Vicky and her staff needs to learn what customer service means and at least smile and be friendly to customers. Looks like I am not the only one who has similar comments and experiences.

I have been to many different salons over the years, from all over Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga. I have to say that Vicky's is the best place I have ever been to. I know people who drive for hours just to go to this place. The service is great. Vicky and the staff are all so nice and very sincere about their jobs. So many places I have been to are very dirty. This one is the total opposite. VERY CLEAN. The foot spas and instruments are cleaned and disinfected after every single client. I sit and observe them doing it. And tools such as files and buffers are not shared between customers. Every customer must have their own. I really like that. It makes me feel very comfortable to know that I am using my own files. I do not want to be wondering who the files have been used on before me.
Yes, sometimes the wait can be very long, but it is because the store is so busy. The service and quality is great, so it is worth the wait.
I do not understand how there are some negative comments on here. I have never had any problems with this salon. How can you complain about the wait? Obviously everyone is in line for the good jobs that they do. People would not wait in line for nothing.
I am never disappointed when I leave the store with beautiful nails, pedicure, and eyebrows. Absolutely love this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have been going to Vicky's for approx. 12 years!!! You would think that for someone who has been going there a really long time that they would treat you well but NO. The staff, ESPECIALLY Vicky the owner are very rude and snobby. They have no concept of customer service. The waits are always very long and the place isn't even the cleaniest either; after all these years, they still havent renovated. I've stormed out a couple of times but yet end up returning there because I couldn't find anyone else local that does eyebrows like Vicky. That's the only thing this place has going for them is she does great eyebrows; however, my friends mentioned a really good place right down the street that was kind of hidden that does amazing eyebrows as well and I went there today and was very pleased- they made my eyebrows beautiful and the service was good! So now that's the end of Vicky's for me. That place deserves to close down just because she is a b***h! Vicky, if you ever read this, you better learn to treat your customers with much more respect because it's OUR money that's keeping your business open and there are other business that do better eyebrows. Go to hell you snob, I'm so glad I finally found another place that treat their customers better. GO TO HAIR SHACK EVERYONE! :D
