what stands out and what we always order are the quails on the appetizer menu and the garlic pepper shrimp-they both have so much flavor and it definitely has all the flavors of Vietnamese cuisine. I ordered the vermicelli dish the other day for the first time and it was average and include egg rolls and grilled pork.

Service is good, and food comes out fresh and fast.

Great Vietnamese. The vermicelli bowls are my go-to and they are cheap ($10-12) and delicious. This restaurant has not closed, but it has moved to a much nicer newer location. The other reviews that mention dirty windows and ghetto parking can be disregarded. The address listed on Yelp is the new, correct one.

I first tried Vietnamese at the PNE and have been hooked. We order #28 all the time it is a good combo meal and for the price a very good deal as you will have to undo your belt when you're done here. The owners are very nice, the service is fast, the location sucks as you feel like your parking in the ghetto.
