Vesuvio's thin crust pizzas bring a particular quality of authenticity to this west end institution, a family owned shop with a deservedly loyal following. The dining room experience is a comfortable one for families or couples wanting a pleasant ambiance to enjoy their pasta and pizza. But many a dark winter night in our household has been brightened by the arrival of a Vesuvio's delivery truck carrying some classic or gourmet concoction. Fabulous value for money. Quality fresh ingredients, strong customer loyalty programs, fast and professional service.
We recently went to Vesuvio's with the family and the in laws (the in laws had previously visited this place 50yrs previously before they were together!).

I was book shopping in the area for work and the owner of the bookstore recommended this place. My co-worker and I each ordered pizza. I wish I could remember the exact names. You don't survive for over 55 years anywhere in Toronto, especially in The Junction, unless you are good at what you do. This place has been around since the slaughterhouse/meat-packing days and is still kicking now that this area is slowly becoming a chi-chi gentrified district.
