When a "craving for real burgers" strikes, these "consistent" "joints" "hit the spot in a big way" say fans who point to "plentiful" portions and "lots of topping choices"; add in "healthy vegetarian fare" and there's something "that'll suit pretty much everyone", so "zippo" ambience and "chaotic" service don't prevent people from "coming back."

Decent burgers, but the past few visits I got soggy, stale fries. I forgive though cause their patties are gigantic, juicy, and delicious.

Service has improved. Well, at least it's better than McDonald's. The dead-eyed, expressionless husk of the burger flipping cashier whose apathy and resentment was palpable --y'all know who I'm talking about-- has been replaced with someone more friendly.

The burgers are just ok and a bit dry. Tons of fries in one order that 2, if not 3 can share. Bottomless fountain drinks. My sister said there's one downtown that is a lot better.

PROS:
Girlfriend liked her Baja Burger.
Fries were probably the best part, very crispy.
It was open on New Years Day (reason we ate here)
Wi-Fi access around (not from the restaurant, some blood donation center close by)

CONS:
Spicy chicken seemed like fried chicken from the freezer, and RedHot (I could have made it myself)
Honey mustard looked like some jelly, bubbly substance.
BBQ was just... more
