Very quick service and responses! Would definitely recommend to the younger years. Any maintenance calls I have made were fixed if not within the day then within the next business day. I've heard horror stories from other students about their housing, but varsity has not disappointed me. This will be my third year with Varsity !

After I wrote my original review, I received a heartfelt apology from Varsity. I think that there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication, which they dealt with very professionally once they heard of my situation. I would not hesitate to recommend Varsity anymore, as they assured me they had resolved the issue that gave rise to my complaint.

The reason I am giving Varsity Properties four stars is because it renovates and beautifies the city. This has a serious impact on people who are under pressure to qualify for jobs later in life, but need the better grades to attract the attention of grad schools, honors lists and employers.
