Great service
Sorry to read the previous review. I've been going there for 7 years and have had amazing service. I started there when I went to my previous jeweller to have a ring sized and they said it would take 1 week, Vandenberg's did it the same day. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Bad repair
All round bad workmanship, had my repaired rings viewed by another jeweler out of town and he pointed out some disappointing marks and low level work. My rings were not even round. The woman told me they could not be rounded entirely because they had little stones on them but this was no problem for the other jeweler. He fixed this and polished them for me. I will find a new jeweler to do my repairs in future.
