OMG! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this library! When I was studying for my CSC I would go here and just immerse myself in my studies. You can tell a lot about a city from their libraries.A city whose libraries are largely ignored is a city that is in danger. If you enter a library and see that it is mostly made up of a) homeless people or b) those suffering from mental illnesess.. then yes, that city is in danger. A library is a great place to spend hours when you don't have a home.. but they offer so much more citizens, so... more
Alright, I love our library. I use it often. What more is there to be said, really?
It isn't a replica, but this library was clearly inspired by the classical Roman Coliseum, awing visitors with its elegant linear design.
