Stayed four days to attend a family graduation. The apartment and parking stall made this a great base. Enjoyed walking to many places in the city. Close to shopping on Robson and yet not too far to walk to Gastown. Did not really encounter any hotel staff.

September 19, 2014Location just off Robson St was excellent. Room was outstanding. All kitchen items were present. We could walk to shopping and restaurants. Mass transit was a short walk away. Museum was about six blocks. Stanley Park was about a short mile from the apartment. Hop-on, hop-off tour buses were about two blocks away.

Great location, but dirty room
August 16, 2014Can only check in between 3-6. Reservation said concierge would assist if checking in other than those times, but they did not know how to do that. Any issues I.e. Key didn't work was told by the concierge to call the after hours number for vancouver extended stay. Concierge was useless. Once into the room, we were happy with it although the floors were filthy.
