I was so frustrated.

I'd been to Shoppers Home Health Care where the employees had very, very little knowledge of their products and they were way overpriced. I expect at least basic product knowledge!

I'd called another medical supply store in the area (forgot the name) where they instated they could only help me if I had a product number. Think like a customer, not a business please!
