Very unprofessional service
I called this place about 10 mins ago looking for a vacuum and some general information.
He said Dyson's are junk and we don't sell them. Then when asked about what else he had (in a very pleasant way) he seemed to not want to help and just hung up on me? It was very strange and he was very rude.
Needless to say I won't be spending my money here. I guess I will go to Best Buy or Walmart although I typically would like to help out small businesses instead.
Bad for business
I brought my vacuum for repairs and was given a invoice for $40.00 dollars when I returned 2 weeks later to pick up my vacuum, I was told the total amount was $45.00 because I needed to pay tax which should have been on the invoice. I refused to pay the $5.00 and needless to the the worker called me stupid and many other things then she slapped me in the face. When the police came she swore she did not assault me so I filed paper work with Brampton Crt and had her charged. This female then came to trial and again swore on the Holy Quran that she did not hit me. The Judge gave her 1yr peace bond and also prohibited from carrying weapons. This place is bad for business , clearly theY DO NOT RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR BUSINESS,
Unethical Businessman
Calls people to buy vacuum saying its in good shape and when vacuum doesn't work immediately after you buy, he wants twice as much to repair.
