Those guys at Dueck GM Cadillac could learn a thing or two from Mercedes. Top notch Sales AND Service team... they treat you like a king throughout the entire process, and never ever do you feel like you are a burden. They also apologize when they make a mistake.

Took my suit there for the first time early this year, heard they were good. Came back with puckered seams and had to have them re-sewn. Cost me $50. Should've read the horror stories online first... these guys take no responsibility

For such an overpriced Dry Cleaners, they don't know a thing about Service. These guys are apathetic and brag about their high end clients but treat their walk-in clients like c@!p. AVOID.
