This is the worst experience I have had with a print finishing company, account rep was incompetent, could not get hold of managers, given wrong information during the course of the finishing process

“Design flaw wildcard”

Robcan Air Conditioning Ltd

Called them in on Nov 10th to fix a Technotrans chiller for our press. No fix, was told by the service rep that its a design flaw on the chiller and not fixable. I have to invest $2500 to buy a secondary water tank to fix the issue and also got billed for it. Called a different company and they diagnosed the problem in a couple of hours linked to the expansion valve. Got a bill from Robcan can for their lovely advise
