“Got the shaft!”

Bought a product, then when I found out it wouldn't work they would not take the product back. Granted a few weeks had passed, but their tactic was to put off my phone calls for a month, then tell me it had been too long and they wouldn't take the product back! Totally rude and not customer oriented. I would not recommend them!!!
