I am a contractor that was in need of a repair to a newly installed floor in a basement that had to be done professionally and fast. Mike booked a repair for me within 2 days, Mike went out of his way to arrange for everything so it can be finished on time. I have been in business for 15 years and dealt with many flooring companies, and I can honestly tell you that Mike Carpet and Flooring is a true believer in customer service. I have since given Mike Carpet and Flooring all my future flooring contracts.
