Bought a floor lamp from them. As they were ringing up the sale, I noticed it had a different name from the one we had chosen. We asked two times if this was the same lamp, even taking the salespeople to it and pointing at it. Both said "yes, absolutely, it's the same lamp as the one you are buying." Okay, they must know. Proceed with sale.

I nipped in to Urban Barn on my way to drinks the other day and ended up having to go back to pick up all my extra items.

Condo sized furniture that is comfortable and not overpriced. Finally.

I find in Ottawa we have many furniture store with the same things in them - this one is different and surprisingly not expensive (which is normally how my taste goes!). Staff is helpful and they have a decent website. Worth stopping in if you need something new - or even just some accessories to freshen up your space.
