At the end of December we had water in our completely finished basement. They came right out when contacted by the insurance adjuster and got started as soon as they were given the go ahead. However, now that the job is winding down, we haven't seen or heard from them in just over two weeks. I contacted the company that is doing the woodwork, and he had never been given the go ahead. When I mentioned calling him to the Universal rep, he told me that he was next on his list to call and check up with. Unfortunately I left it with him. Repeated phone calls have not been returned, even the one's to the office in KW. Is there something going on that we should be aware of?
