Very Impressed So Far!

I`ve recently had a representative (owner/partner) from Universal Plante-Pave Inc. visit my property for a consultation (landscaping work required).

Although I have not signed any contracts (yet) with Universal Plante-Pave, I must write a review simply based on the experience of my preliminary consultation.

Words can not explain how impressed I was with this specific individual. His professionalism, interpersonal skills, & expertise were phenomenal. He is a true professional in every sense of the word.

He was extremely well mannered, very patient (took his time to answer all questions), knowledgeable, confident, & humble.

It was so refreshing not to have to deal with the forceful & condescending "car salesman type" who spends his time attacking the competition instead of focussing on the client.
