June 24, 2011Sam the owner has horrible customer service skills. His estimates are bs, after he strips your car down he tells you there's more things to fix, he loses his temper if you ask him too many questions however at first he sounds good until after he strips youre car down, you ask for updates he'll tell you he's working on it everytime you call. i had my bmw m3 there for a little bit over a month.... more
