Run and save your money!

My property manager suggested I use this company to clean a 1.5 yr old rental property before my next tenants moved in. Two Little Ladies with Big Mops billed me for 5 hours. This should have been my first flag for a small unit. I trusted my property manager and not my intuition. My new tenants moved in and complained that the unit was a mess and that they were still cleaning. I was horrified. I sent them the invoice showing there was 5 hours of work and $300 put into the unit. I asked for pictures and they sent 13!! There was urine on toilets seats, scum along the toilet rim, none of the appliances were wiped out, none of the cupboards were wiped out, crumbs everywhere, food on the back splash, etc. I called the owner at 1 on Sunday, sent him the invoice proving his staff was there and sent him the 13 pictures showing otherwise. He said he had t let go of 2 crews since they were in my unit on July 24, 2015. He said he would call me back, he did not. I called a few hours later, he didn't pick up or return my call. I called the next day from another number, he answered and told me he would return my money that afternoon when he got back to his desk. He did not. I called on Tuesday, he did not return my call. My property manager called, he lied again and said he paid me, she requested an e-transfer receipt and of course he couldn't provide one. I asked him again and said if he didn't send my money back I would update social media. He said he had a stroke and needed until Monday (yesterday) and still no e-transfer. Do not use this company. They have no integrity, they take money for services not rendered, and do you really want a company in your home who has had to let go of 2 crews? What kind of people is this company hiring and do you really want these type of people in your home with all your personal belongings? Go to another cleaning company, there are no shortages of them!
