Poor Business Service
I bought two tires installed for $170.00 BUT within 30minutes found a bubble in sidewall of one. Unsafe for driving. I cannot prove they knew about this defect BUT any good tire technician would have caught this. After two weeks of promises of replacing tire, never answered phone calls. I had to prepare a small claims action and show them the paperwork before they would reluctantly issue a refund. Tough to trust them and no support whatsoever. BUYER BEWARE
Do not trust these people
I purchased a set of used winter tires bck right flat twice after putting on a different brand tire,then the frnt drive right went flat with in a couple days after putting on another diff.brand tire(hardly any tread) 3wks later frnt left flat! After calling them, they would not replace my car with a full set of winter tires nor my money back! Just wanted a fair deal!
Do not trust these people
These people are liars. The car died because of a bad battery and they didn't respond to my calls. They finally replaced the battery after me calling everyday for a week! They also promised to fix the chip on the windshield but they never did.
About warranty, when you ask, they will show you dozens of claims they have received to convince you that the warranty exists. My warranty documents never came! I called, they said they would check and send the documents but still I haven't received after nearly a year. (The warranty will expire in 2 months from now!!!!)
Final words, these "father and son" are not worth your trust! I wouldn't recommend them.
