Had I written a review years ago, it would have been one star as I was incredibly sour about not having been notified that a fleet of classes I had purchased would expire within a year upon first purchasing, and then sour once again after a friend who had worked there as a receptionist previously mentioned that I should have been called a month before they were to expire.

I had heard of this place for yoga but had never thought to get a facial here until Dealfind emailed me an offer for a microderm abrasian and facial package. The woman who did my facial was very accomodating and started a bit early because I mis-scheduled it in my calendar (thought my appointment was at 5:30 when it was actually at 6:30!).

In all fairness I should note that my experience here was back in 2011, but it left such a bad impression on me that I thought it was worth sharing now that I've just joined yelp. This is for the fitness studios, I have never tried the spa there.
