Nice!
You try to save a customer money. We searched for the best price for a USED transmission...not NEW. After US WAITING for this customer to make up their minds on whether they wanted to do the work we installed the USED transmission and found it was faulty, at which time we replaced it with another transmission at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! Company policy is NO personal cheques which seemed to upset this customer....
Worst place i've ever been to
they took over 2 weeks to put in a new transmission, which should take like half a day instead they ordered a broken one and didn't tell us in the meantime what was happening
they were very rude and disorganized, especially the receptionist- who makes a big deal over nothing
DON'T GO HERE!!
