June 07, 2013We thought we would try the new Smokehouse BBQ restaurant. We were very disappointed. The server seemed great at first but turned out to be terrible. April 07, 2013Terrible experience the other night at the new Smokehouse BBQ, service was poor, meat was cold, corn muffins were frozen and dry as the desert. The baked beans were just plain horrible. March 15, 2013Very disappointed with my experience last evening.Service beyond poor,food presentation non existant .1hour 40 minutes for food to arrive and only after complaining and order moving to top of list.Drinks ordered twice before receiving.Food cold,pasta soggy,beans burned, gravy tasteless.So not order Tofu, trust me.One vegetarian meal absolutely appalling .Returned food came back cold... more
