Terrible exchange policy
February 09, 2011They do offer good prices but have a exchange/return policy that inhibits one from upgrading their purchase. To return a new just purchased in-stock handweight at the store (Markham) with another model of the handweight they demand a 30% "restocking fee"! The reasoning was that it would then have to be sold for 30% less. I did not see anything in the store that was "30% off" so I don't... more
