Bedbugs and extremely poor customer service

My brother and I booked rooms at the Prince George Travelodge in January. After spending one night in room 113, I had several bites on my arm. When I returned home, the bites became infected and the doctor diagnosed bedbugs as the cause of the bites. I had to go to the ER for several treatments of IV antibiotics.

I have stayed in both pet rooms and non pet rooms. The pet room was exceptionally clean. The floor was tiled which is terrific - no carpet! The beds were clean and very comfortable. After reading google reviews I am glad we opted out of staying at this hotel. We were planning on staying but the parking lot was a gong show. We pulled in only to see the only exit (other than backing out around long box trucks) was for vehicles under six feet.
