Saturday night stay on a Thanksgiving Weekend
October 13, 2009The hotel desk clerk denied that I had a paid booking f He made me call website and have them fax a document to prove there was a paid booking. The male hotel desk clerk was quite obnoxious and along with the female desk clerk had a really annoying and unwelcoming attitude. Clean, efficiently run hotel in Victoria
October 12, 2009Check-in was well-organized and friendly. Room was clean and in good condition. Location is surrounded by busy streets, but a short bus ride from tourist area in Victoria.

Nice and low cost place to stay
October 11, 2009The staffs were nice and friendly. The hotel is located in a convenient location. A few minutes from downtown and other attractions in Victoria BC. The room was clean. There is a small kitchen and you get free wireless internet in the room, which are the big pluses for me. Overall, I had a great time staying here. The price was very reasonable as well.

The hotel offers a free shuttle there is free parking. Guests also have free access to Victoria's largest gym, Phoenix Gym. The hotel is sitaued close to two main roads in Victoria so there's easy access to other cities in the area.
