Owner is fine - would not go back.
Repair to my 04 car was done but did something that was not part of the agreement and charged me for that. Was it required? I don't know, he never phoned me to ask for my permission. I paid, said thank you and voila, I'm outta there. Monsieur Muffler nearby would not treat you like that. Even Canadian Tire, for that matter.
