Called for a service repair ..2 appliances purchased in 2008....Service person came & said he would order the parts and call back. After 10 days I called, and was told no orders for parts had been placed. They would investigate & get back to me. I called again --with the same reply. ALL I could get was a call centre that did not have information. All they could do was forward an email to a ''dispatcher''. I am unable to access anyone who knows anything that could help me. I am presently left having to source service elsewhere. I originally purchased via the BRICK and would have expected they would have a more reliable service agent. I am distressed & disappointed. Plus I need my washing machine......the service guy said in both instances the problem was the computer control board. How does that happen in less than 5 years!!???
