I think one of my biggest pet peeves about Trade Secrets is that they continue to be under the impression that they sell 'exclusive' high end products... but let's be honest, most of the products they carry can be bought at Shoppers, or even Loblaws now, and for a lot less! The really high end, quality salon products still seem to elude them... and they don't even realize it.
