Extremely disappointed
July 31, 2010I was extremely disappointed that they sold puppies there (obviously puppies from puppy mills) and the condition that they were in was horrible. I saw at least three puppies jammed in a small cage with sawdust-like flooring and feces everywhere, not to mention the urine all over the puppies' fur. The customer service wasn't the best, either. August 11, 2009They have acceptable customer service; not always the best but more then the average. I found their customer service Reps to be knowledgeable, and eager to assist in anyway they could. The store is better equip then small privately owned stores, but not an amazing selection. All in all, its a great place to get the basics as well as some more specific items for Aquariums and Reptiles.
