Best I've Had So Far
July 17, 2014I've eaten Fish & Chips quite a few times in quite a few places in 70+ years and Tor's is the best I've had so far. Is There A Rating Lower Than Terrible
August 17, 2013This fish was the absolute WORST fish I ever ate! Batter was very greasy and almost burned. Fries were soggy. There is apparently a very popular "Homemade Iced Tea" that we tried but avoid it unless you like Fruit Punch!

My husband & I stopped in Tor's Fish & Chips last year ,2010. They had an ad for their fried Halibut sandwich!! We were vacationing for a week in this area and ate at Tor's Fish & Chips 3-4 times in that week. Absolutely the best in Orillia. No reason to try any other place. We sat with Doreen,owner, for quite a while during one of our visits. Very nice and hard working. I do hope she is doing... more
