At 284 hectares (702 acres) of parkland, it's one of the largest zoos in the world, with some 5,000 animals representing more than 500 species, plus an extensive botanical collection. My 2 year old daughter loves it here as well. It's a great place for her to run around and... more

This the place to spend your entire day, and if you have a membership go late in the day when there is less people. We had an amazing experience witnessing the wolves hauling. The automobile is for sure a way to go around.

We went during winter time and that was a BAD idea. Almost froze to death. But seeing pandas in real life was amazing. These creatures are big but gentle and cute. We went to this zoo just to specifically see these pandas because they will be going back to there motherland. Enjoyed the zoo overall even though most of the attractions are outdoors.
