Does not understand "Quality" & "Customer Service"

1. High pressure sales: they make you pay for the dress up front even if you express the slightest interest. And if they think you are stupid enough, they'll make you pay the full balance without recieving your dresses.

2. Loose brained sales people: If you tell them you are a size 8, they'll order a size 4! Basically they are not able to comprehend any instructions you give them and they can't even follow through with their own instructions in writing!! i.e. if color of dress is "sky blue", they write down "blue" and you get a dress that wasn't even what you saw on the floor model!

3. Does not believe in Customber Service: They will absolutely not accomodate for you for what you need or anything you like changed. Especially if you've paid them the full deposit. Their way or the highway! But absolutely not your way!

Brides... my advice to you to save you from much headache; STAY AWAY from TOPS BRIDAL!!!
