Terrible. Every time I go there I ask for a cafe mocca and they charge for the cream on but I never get the cream on it because of laziness they skip this main part of the mocca. I have complained many times and was offered gift certificates that were to be sent to my address three months ago, again tonight I did go again and same thing no cream. Every time I go there I am mildly impressed by how fast they are HOWEVER.... I am unimpressed by the way they ALWAYS screw something up. No cheese, not enough cream, wrong breakfast sandwhich etc. I finally gave them another chance after purposely not going to any Timmys for 2 months. Last chance for me... I will make my own coffee and breakfast from now on. Less sodium, fat and $$$$ it adds up.
