My experience was good
August 17, 2010I'm surprised by the bad reviews. Mine experience was the opposite, including a post-purchase call on how-to cut porcelain tiles. Very courteous and helpful.

Bad service all around
August 05, 2010I've been shopping for tiles all week and have gone to many different tile shops. My experience here was terrible. The staff obviously are unexperienced and indifferent. The general manager is a hag! really mean and angry. Save your self the trouble and go to one of the many other suppliers in town. Half star is too good of a rating. The deals are not that great either. Thanks for reading, Dina

July 21, 2010I found tiles for less to be great, they have great selection and great service. for the person who did not read his invoice, what is with that, I work in a service industry and from an early age learned to read the print of which is in bold on the paper work. I have totally recommend them to all of my friends.
