I think I have to rethink this place. I went in this week to get my Macbook Ram upgraded and they undercut the Apple retailer by over 120 bucks, were fast, efficient, competent and friendly. Also picked up a hard to find cable at a great price. All the staff I dealt with this week cared and were friendly and helpful. I'm impressed.

A great store to browse and check items they have online. Once you have touched and felt the merchandise, unless it matches the online price and is available, order it online. The staff is very helpful and mostly knowledgeable. It does have a large variety but specials do go very quickly.

Huge disappointment in this store.

My recommendation: stay home and order online.

They lack some very basic cables and connectors and tend to only focus on big ticket items.

They'll have a ton of Cat5 cables, but will lack on hard to get connectors and power supplies for various gadgets.
