Great times at Thursdays!

I went to Thursday's when I was visiting from Toronto and had an amazing time with friends and family. Upstairs is the bar area and downstairs is the nightclub..we had such a great time we came two nights in a row!

A prime watering hole for Montréal's young, professional set. The pubby bar spills out onto a terrace that hangs over the street, and there's a glittery disco in back. It's voted "Best Pick-Up Spot" year after year by the Montréal Mirror, which quips that Thursday's "gets more people laid than Craigslist."

The bouncers were scary and flirted with us. They basically just check girls out and are like f@!k it let them in. The bar upstairs is super creepy especially for young girls. Random guys sat down with us and tried to grab us. Fortunately we were able to fend them off, but they were very creepy. The dancing downstairs is fine, but honestly creepy guys down there too. We are 18 and 30 year old... more

On a recommendation from the concierge at our hotel, we decided to try this restaurant and it was one of the best meals of the trip!

It's located on Crescent Street which is full of bars and restaurants, so you're a little spoiled for choice.
Thursday's has three levels - the bottom level is more of a club, the middle level a bar (with full menu), and the top level (with a nice large balcony... more

I went to the top floor bistro and the service was completely a disaster. The waiter messed up my order and didn't apologize. Instead of bringing me the Cesar salad I had ordered with my food, it took an additional 30 minutes. Once it arrived all my food was completely finished and I had expressed that I no longer wanted it. The older gentleman who was our server became extremely passive... more

Degeulase, horrible. The Worst Resto in Montreal. Please don't go there. Just because it is in The hotel de la Montagne, that does not mean it is good. ... more

Business Description from the Web

It seems like Thursday's has been here forever, spreading its cheer to several generations of bar goers, especially younger businessmen. This is an excellent place to jump-start an evening of prolonged partying. Service is friendly and the food is good pub grub. For those settling in for the evening, there are pool tables as well as a small balcony terrace facing Rue Crescent. Or you can enjoy... more
