I don't wish to leave a bad review but wish to delete what was an excellent review as I've lost complete faith in the competence of this dealership.

I don't see the option to delete and won't be wasting my time trying to figure it out.

I purchased my first car at Thorncrest after visiting various other show rooms within the GTA, Oakville and Caledon. The staff at Thorncrest far exceeded my other experiences. They were calm, happy to help without being pushy, non judgmental, and took the time with me to sort out my possibilities. It was a great experience.

My car (a 2013 Ford with 50K on it -- relatively new) completely died and I had roadside service tow it to Thorncrest. It was only looked at two days later, despite having had an appointment first thing the next morning, and I was told absolutely nothing was wrong and that the car was fine to drive.
