Nice hotel BUT

Nice hotel BUT I booked this hotel due to the fact it was indicated heated pool and spa but to my surprise No spa available and the pool was not heated.... But the staff and room were excellent apart from these two important issues

The hotel was excellent. Comfy beds, very solicitous staff. Nice shower/bathroom area with lots of strong hot water. Beautifully decorated. The Diner was terrific for breakfast, the bar had great selections in Scotch and we ate dinner at a restaurant only a few blocks away through parkland. It was a great trip. Thank you.
