I love coming here to see the unique Scottish items I otherwise could not find in Durham.

Great selection of Scotish and Irish items that otherwise you'd have a hard time locating within Canada.
The Wee Tartan did a great Job with my wedding!
I am from a Scottish background and my husband is Irish so we wanted a Celtic themed wedding. I found The Wee Tartan online and made the trip to Port Perry to see if they had anything I could use for my wedding. I ended up speaking with the Wee Tartan's owner Stewart who not only pointed out some great items in the store that were perfect for our wedding, but also told us of some Celtic traditions we could incorporate into our day. We ended up doing all our kilt rentals from the Wee Tartan for our groomsmen and our wedding day was celebrated in true Celtic style. Stewart and the Wee Tartan really made our vision come to life!

The shop is great. Its got lots of great things from all over England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. Its a great place to go to get your souvenirs, if you forgot them while you were visiting the UK..... save on over weight luggage and get them when you get back....
It has a great selection of foods. It does Kilt rentals for your wedding or graduation, or any event that you might need one for.....
