I will never return to this facility. As the customer I am the one with the wallet and as such I choose where to spend my dollars. Installation of my tires were well done.

However, the latch cover to fold my back seat down went missing. Pretty hard to remove the part.

Went to the front desk to complain about it and all they said that it's probably popped out and fell into the crack between the back seat and my hutch. Not exactly going to go and probe my fingers in an unsafe spot. Disappointed at the response I got.
