I have been getting massage therapy for the past 9 years and the Self Centre has the best therapists. They actually know what they are doing and don't just rub oil all over your body... and then charge you a fortune. When I want a massage I want someone who is strong. My husband and I have found the Self Centre a few months ago and we are now faithful fans. We love them.
