I've been here a few times now and have enjoyed my experiences. I found the service to be helpful, but I do see how some may find it hovering. As I am pregnant with my first, I am looking for all the help I can get, and really appreciated the time the staff took to talk to me about the different products and to even explain what some of them were all about. Since my last review, I've been there a bunch more times and I'm a little annoyed with the service. There has been a lot of hovering and being followed around the store like my whole family is going to steal, and the person who is generally working and doing the following isn't particularly pleasant. Many of my friends have had similar experiences.
