Horrid! Never get in, no return calls, cancelled appointments!

For christmas of 2010 I bought my grandma and girlfriend a gift card to get a manicure and pedicure thinking it would be a nice relaxing time out. Since then they have phoned numerous times and myself as well trying to get in. On a RARE occasion do they pick up the phone also NEVER returning your messages to book an appointment time. It is now 9 months later and we have still not been in to get our money's worth. And when you do have an appointment they call back to cancel stating they could not find a babysitter! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS ... Try in the lyden mall they seem much better!
